TVR Tuscan Rear Window Clip
Continuing the Tuscan’s spectacular bespoke theme, we have produced an all new hinged clip made from highly polished aluminium. The Tuscan’s standard window clips are prone to cracking and breakage, allowing the rear glass to slip out of position and become loose. This leads to gaps appearing around the window followed by wind noise, squeaking and water leaks.
The original clips were made in-house by TVR especially for the Tuscan, and therefore sourcing a replacement is not straight forward. Our clips will not break like the originals, and are adjustable to allow a perfect fitment. All of the fixing screws are stainless steel to ensure the clips stay looking as good as new.

AJP V8 Ceramic Coated Manifolds
Ceramic coated manifolds not only look fantastic, there are also many other benefits. The coating is a thermal barrier which keeps heat within the manifolds.
By keeping heat within the system, the exhaust gas velocity accelerates which reduces back pressure and reduces fuel contamination due to reversion, releasing a valuable performance benefit. It also reduces the surface temperature of the manifolds which is needed most in a TVR’s engine bay, where the temperatures are already very high and the fibreglass panels are susceptible to thermal break-down.
We can also offer a manifold repair service to rectify any cracks prior to ceramic coating.
Raceproved Support Cliff’s T350R
For the last two years we have been proud to support Cliff during his campaign of the Dunlop TVR European Challenge. When Cliff and Julian turned to us for their powerplant and drive train requirements we were pleased to offer our Speed Six ultra-light flywheel, alloy slave cylinder and race specification 24 paddle sintered clutch package. We also supplied a complete 4.0l Speed SIx race engine and pre-oiler system which performed faultlessly.
The Track Car Solutions prepared T350R has set the class B lap record at Cadwell Park and secured an outright class win during the 2008 season.
Raceproved Support Terry Grant
The legendary stunt driver Terry Grant has had yet another spectacular display season. At the beginning of 2008 we proudly built Terry a new Speed Six engine for his TVR Tamora stunt car, and installed our ultra-light flywheel, 24 paddle sintered clutch and alloy slave cylinder package.
Terry placed a strong emphasis on reliability when writing the specification for the install. His display routines are staggering, yet brutal on the mechanical components of the car, particularly the clutch and engine. Our 24 paddle sintered clutch has performed effortlessly for the full season, out lasting his previous clutches by 8 to 1!
In fact during the end of year maintenance schedule the clutch was inspected and amazingly it had harldy worn.
